I’m not using the “Capture Window” on top as I don’t like it at all and is disturbing in other screen sharing applications such as TeamViewer, Lync and GoToMeeting. This is how I start the video capture: Profiles -> Capture profiles -> Video Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Until that is out you'll need to start it from the capture window or click the message like you have been doing. Our next release of Snagit is going to fix that bug which will be out very soon.

I get a message that says I need to install the Media Feature pack. The Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows 10 will install Media Player and related technologies on a computer running Windows 10 N editions.
Just an update on this please see below conversation I had with TechSmith support specialist Mike Sprink. Yes but you need a VR ready PC running Windows 10 (it wont work on a Mac).
